Just over 6 years ago my husband and I met Tracy and purchased our current home through her. She is amazing at what she does and is so super helpful! She stays on top of everything and makes it so easy to buy a home. She works very hard for you to get exactly what you are looking for. We knew from the moment of meeting her that we were in good hands. I would never dream of using another agent and I highly recommend Tracy Gibbs. She has so much helpful information and knows everything about the whole process. She is truly a beautiful human being inside and out.

Based on our experience with realtor Tracy Gibbs, we would 100% recommend her when it comes to finding your real estate property. Even though we had to go through this entirely remote from Vancouver, Tracy took us for many remote showings with her camera on the gimble, was able to give us an account visually and verbally, show us pros and cons in details like: noisy traffic on the street, loud neighbours, presence of asbestos (after putting an offer in), dog poop on next door balcony, etc. These kind of honest details are needed especially when viewings are done remotely and helped us with the decision process. She was always willing to check property availability, to schedule and execute viewings for us, very helpful with questions we had and always punctual. Last but not least, as this aspect was important to us, Tracy was mindful of our asks and was accommodating always. For example, we thought we would have to offer over asking for the place we actually got (based on a few previous offers we had tried on other properties), but her experience in the business said otherwise and we managed to get a great place at the asking price in Calgary's hot market at the time. Over the years I have bought and sold a number of houses in several different cities, so I've used the services of several different realtors. Without question, none compare the the level of service and delegation demonstrated by Tracy Gibbs. We were dealing with a tough sale of a large high end house in a difficult marketplace and she did everything right to get that house sold. It's not enough to simply Say that Tracy listed the house and got it sold, she did much more, well before it was listed. Not that she would or could do this for all of her listings, but she did everything from organize a handyman to undertake repairs, hire a house cleaner, clear the yard of junk, get expedited water well tests and 100 other big and small initiatives to ensure the house was ready to present to our audience. When she felt the house was ready, she turned on her marketing machine and within the first two days we had 15 or 20 showings and several offers. I was pleasantly shocked as I knew the high end market was very soft. We sold the house for more than we expected and everyone was happy.
